Returns & Exchange Information

At Soulively, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help with a straightforward return or exchange process.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Click the WhatsApp Icon at the bottom right corner of the page.
  2. Enter contact details at Login. Verify with OTP to access Manage Your Orders section.
    If the product is within Return / Exchange Window, you will get the option for it. Follow the steps and complete your request.
  3. Item Pickup:
    Once the request has been placed, it will be picked up by our delivery partner within 3-5 business days. Please keep the item in original packaging with all tags intact. Kindly do not return / exchange worn, washed, stained or damaged item unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item).

3. Inspection and Processing

  • Inspection:
    Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • Refunds:
    If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Exchanges:
    If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when you contact us. If there’s a price difference, we will either charge or refund the difference accordingly.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue.
  • We will work with you to offer a replacement, exchange, or refund as needed, and we will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.
