Refund policy

At Soulively, we stand by the quality of what we make. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Return Window

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • Returns must pass a basic quality check

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during final sale / clearance
  • Items returned in a used, washed, or damaged condition

Return Process

  • Initiate a return via our Return & Exchange tab or email at wecare@soulively.com
  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable
  • In non-serviceable areas, customers may need to self-ship

Refunds

  • Prepaid orders → refunded to original payment method
  • COD orders → refunded via bank transfer or store credit
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after QC approval

Exchange

  • Exchanges are subject to size availability
  • If unavailable, a refund/store credit will be issued
