At Soulively, we stand by the quality of what we make. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Return Window
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- Returns must pass a basic quality check
Non-Returnable Items
- Products purchased during final sale / clearance
- Items returned in a used, washed, or damaged condition
Return Process
- Initiate a return via our Return & Exchange tab or email at wecare@soulively.com
- Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable
- In non-serviceable areas, customers may need to self-ship
Refunds
- Prepaid orders → refunded to original payment method
- COD orders → refunded via bank transfer or store credit
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after QC approval
Exchange
- Exchanges are subject to size availability
- If unavailable, a refund/store credit will be issued
